On Sunday of the long weekend while gardening, I accidentally cut our internet cable. Our tv, internet and telephone were all out of service in an instant. I thought for sure we would be down until Tuesday, but called your team anyway. Within two hours your truck was on site and we were back up and running. You guys are the best. You have a fantastic team. Thanks so much.

To the KWIC team: Thank you very much for the prompt and excellent service we received recently at both our Simcoe and Delhi locations. Your tech team was great, both over the phone and on-site. We were thrilled with the quality service we received … and our internet speed is better than ever!

It's been a long time since I received such excellent customer service from a service provider. I'm really glad we keep our business local and I'm really grateful for Andrew's invaluable assistance. Made my job so easy!

My husband and I just experienced one of the best customer service from a local company ever. Our Mission is to buy local items and use local services but have had some horrible experiences until now. We needed an internet service quickly due to a vandalism incident at our home. I contacted KWIC and they responded quickly even though they were unaware of the situation. We were amazed how quickly we were up and running. I cannot say enough how impressed we are with the entire crew for their knowledge and effort in making our transition a great one. We would most definitely recommend KWIC to anyone that requires this type of service.

I had to call tech support at KWIC last week and I must tell you, the gentleman who helped me was so helpful, professional and overall, just amazing to deal with. He was patient and helped me fix the issue.

The internet service is reliable and the customer service has always been friendly and helpful. They service our cottage area where other ISP are not willing or able to. Thanks!

Been with this company for 17 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Every time there was an issue, it was resolved quickly. Good old local service.

A HUGE thank you for your service. Can’t say enough about how good you are with support and help. With the Covid shutdown, we can stay in contact with family and friends, here in Ontario and out west.

Thank you very much for the excellent service we receive from you. My husband cut the cable twice, a few years ago. Two men came to our house to repair this cable and fixed other things for a reasonable price. This year I had problems with the e-mail setting. I called and a man fixed everything for us. This is quality service. Thank you.

I recently moved my business internet to KWIC Internet, and it was the most seamless process ever! The folks at KWIC were responsive to all my questions, and patiently worked with me to find the best package to meet my business needs. I was astounded by how quickly they had me up and running. Thank you KWIC!
