We run a variety of programs throughout the week. Following is a brief description of each. Should you wish to discuss the programs further please call the gym.


Pre-School Programs
Parent & Tot

For Toddlers up to age 3 to come and have fun with mom or dad. This introductory class focuses on co-ordination and movement. Using the equipment in circuits the children learn progressive gymnastics skills such as rolling, landing, jumping, balancing and swinging. Parents are active in learning these skills and are directed in proper methods of spotting so children feel comfortable in a gymnastics atmosphere.

Kindergym 1 hour
A beginner class for children ages 3-5 years to introduce them to the basics of gymnastics.

Kindergym 1.5 hour
A more advanced program for ages 4-5 years to develop gymnastics skills and prepare them for recreational or pre-competitive programs.

Recreational Programs
Recreational 1.5 hour: Boys & Girls ages 6-Teen
An introduction to all gymnastics equipment. Floor, beam, bars, vault, pommel horse, parallel bars and mini trampoline.

Advanced Rec 3 or 6 hours
A program for those interested in learning more advanced skills but who are not interested in competing.

Adult Gym
A program for adults of any age or ability to learn, expand and refresh their gymnastics skills.

Power Tumbling
Interested in learning or maintaining tumbling skills?? This is the program for you. Great for Cheerleaders!!

Cheer Gym
This program will focus on gymnastics skills beneficial to individuals interested in cheerleading. Included will be dance, jumps, stunting and basic tumbling.

Open Gym
This is for advanced or former competitive gymnasts wishing to maintain and/or increase their individual level of gymnastics & not interested in competing.

Pre-Competitive Programs (Precomp *1, 2 & 3)
The Pre-Competitive programs range from ages 5-8 and the gymnasts train between 3-12 hours a week. Focus is on strong basics, body positioning & progressions, building towards the competitive programs. These building programs allow the gymnast to develop at their own level & learn advanced skills.

Competitive programs
Comp 3

This is a program for girls ages 7 years and up who are interested in increasing or maintaining a higher skill level and compete at local meets.

Comp *1 & *2
These Regional and Provincial competitive programs are by tryout only. The gymnasts train between 8-16 hours per week.
