David not only has the gift of wonderful music, but his computer graphic art lends to support local events.
David James Bowen came to us from Barrie, Ontario. As a young travelling "Balladeer", his prolific song wrting and playing skills has nurtured many along with their desire to develop their own music. It is important to note David's desire to live here and how his efforts have shown him to be a community ambassador toward the arts and local entertainment. His self emersion in the media arts have taken him through the Spar Aerospace alternative project program and on to developing his own multimedia software at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario.
She is a shadow in the evening sky
As I watch I wonder if
She has someone, like you and I
Alone and floating in the air
A silohouette of poetry
I often go and watch her there
The Nighthawk sleeps in the sheltered wood
I would capture her if I thought I could
But the way she is it do no good
For she would surley die
Never free to fly
The Nighthawk knows I would watch her soar
She can spy me far below
She comes closer,more and more
Somehow she knows that I would let her go
You are here and she is you
Not something I can hold
To be free and strong and true
Is worth much more than all the gold
