Ryan Mataseje is from Jarvis Ontario. He has had an interest in pursuing art ever since he got the Art Award in grade 8 at St. Mary's Catholic school. He took art in highschool and then continued on into College. Ryan attended Sheridan College in Oakville where he exceled and recieved his College Diploma in Art Fundamentals with honours. He has since went on into the workforce and is continuing to pursue art on the side.

Ryan has been working with his Mother, JoAnne Mataseje, at Chikoo Chows breeding chow chows all his life. He has been around dogs and cats forever. He can see the personality in the animal and tries to catch that personality and put it down on paper into a beautiful portrait.

Ryan also has other artistic talents. He is a very talented guitar player and he is in a punk band called The Final Four which is doing really well with a new CD out. You can catch them playing anywhere accross Canada. Check out the website for upcoming shows.
