New Webmail System

We have implemented a new webmail system and there are some changes in operation.

On the login screen, you will have to enter your full email address in the first field and your password in the second field. Confirm the security code and click on login.

The security code box is right below the password and the code you enter is on the screen beside the box.

Example login username@kwic.com

If you have a virtual email account you must login with the advanced login feature or your email address will not appear correctly in webmail. Virtual account users should enter their proper email address, then the alias username. Also because of spoofing protection, these accounts will not accept the wh?.kwic.com email servers, so you will need to enter your domain in the mail server entry box; ie: mail.domain.com

This Webmail program has many additional features that the previous webmail program did not have, many of these features are not currently enabled.
