| Condo Appeal Long Point Association (CALP) was formed in December 2009 in response to persons wanting to contribute towards the appeal costs opposing the application approved in November 2009 by Norfolk County to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law to permit a 3 storey 24 unit building for use as a residential condominium. It is CALP's purpose to control the receipt and disbursement of donations and keep the donors informed of the progress and results of the appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) regarding By-Law No. 11-OP-2009 & By-Law No.
69-Z-2009 of the Corporation of Norfolk County.

Is this the future of Long Point? This significant change is not consistent with the character of Long Point and not proper land use. Support the appeal that says no to this change!!
