If you have upgraded from a 33.6 or lower speed modem to a 56k modem you will have to change the phone number if you dial into the Simcoe or Cayuga locations. Tillsonburg customers do not have to change anything in their set up.

Cayuga accounts 56k number is 772-1913

To change the number in Windows you double click on "My Computer" and then again on "Dialup Networking". Right click on the KWIC Internet connection and then choose properties. You change the phone number in this location.
